❓ Do you sell ready-made (pret) outfits?
No. We do not offer pret or ready-to-wear items. All outfits are custom-stitched only after an order is placed.

❓ How does your service work?
When you place an order:
1. We purchase the original fabric/design from your selected brand (e.g., Gulahmad, Sapphire, etc.)
2. We then stitch it according to your size and measurements
3. Your custom-stitched outfit is delivered to your doorstep

❓ Can I select any design or brand?
Yes! You can choose any suit or fabric from your favorite brands. Just share the product code, image, or link, and we’ll take care of the rest.

❓ Do I need to send my own fabric?
No. We buy the fabric on your behalf based on your selected brand and design.

❓ How long does stitching take?
Standard stitching time is 5–7 working days after we purchase the fabric. Urgent stitching may be available on request (extra charges apply).

❓ How do I share my measurements?
We’ll send you a size chart or you can provide custom measurements on WhatsApp or Instagram DM.

❓ What if the stitched dress doesn’t fit me?
We offer free alterations if you report fitting issues within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

❓ What payment methods do you accept?
Advance Payment: via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa

❓ Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery via trusted courier partners.

❓ Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled before fabric purchase. Once we buy the fabric, cancellation or refund is not possible.
